In a bustling home with half a dozen siblings, Margot wants something all to herself. One night, the sneaky deer-mouse steals a beautiful sapphire ring. Little does she know, it belongs to an angry owl! Margot goes on a journey to realize she had something more valuable all along: her stories.
I created Margot Mouse as senior my thesis at Minneapolis College of Art and Design. This is a 32-page children’s book written in a 9-month time span. I wrote the manuscript, painted the illustrations, revised edits, and collaborated with a third-party printer.
